服務條款

本條款規範你使用 Vision Studio（網址 aigc.vision 及其公司子網域，下稱「本服務」）。本服務由 Cohesive Network Limited（下稱「我們」）營運，提供給企業及其成員使用。使用本服務即表示你同意本條款；如果你代表公司使用，表示你有權代表該公司同意。我們與貴公司另有書面合約時，以合約為準。

1. 帳號

• 帳號由貴公司管理員或我們建立。請妥善保管密碼，不要與他人共用帳號；帳號下的所有操作由該帳號負責。
• 發現帳號被盜用或有安全問題時，請立即通知貴公司管理員或我們。

2. 可接受的使用方式

你不得使用本服務製作、上傳或發佈：

• 違法內容，或侵害他人著作權、商標、肖像權、隱私權等權利的內容；
• 未經本人同意，冒用、模仿真實人物（包括其外貌或聲音）的內容，或可能誤導觀眾以為是真實事件的深偽內容；
• 涉及未成年人的性內容、色情、暴力煽動、仇恨、騷擾或霸凌內容；
• 詐騙、垃圾訊息、惡意程式，或違反發佈平台規則的內容。

你也不得干擾本服務的運作、繞過權限或用量限制、或以不當方式存取其他公司的資料。違反時我們可以移除內容、暫停或終止帳號。

3. 內容與權利

• 你上傳的劇本、圖片、聲音、影片等內容，權利仍屬於你或原權利人。你保證你有權使用這些內容（包括演員的肖像與聲音授權），並授權我們為提供本服務而儲存、處理及傳送給必要的服務供應商。
• 本服務生成的影片、圖片、聲音與文字，在我們與相關模型供應商條款允許的範圍內歸你使用。AI 生成的結果可能與他人的作品相似，也可能有錯誤；發佈前請自行確認內容與權利。
• 發佈到平台時，請依平台規定標示 AI 生成或合成的內容；本服務在平台支援時會自動標示（例如 YouTube 的合成內容標示）。

4. 發佈到第三方平台

• 本服務可以把影片發佈到貴公司連結的 YouTube、Instagram、Facebook、Threads 帳號。你必須是這些帳號的擁有者或獲得授權的管理者。
• 連結 YouTube 即表示你同意 YouTube 服務條款；發佈到 Facebook、Instagram、Threads 時適用 Meta 服務條款、Instagram 使用條款 與 Threads 補充服務條款。
• 影片在你確認排程後才會發佈。你對發佈的內容、標題、說明與發佈時間負責。平台可能因審核、規則、額度或故障拒絕或延遲發佈，我們不保證發佈一定成功或一定在指定的時間完成。
• 你可以隨時解除連結（見刪除資料說明）。

5. 費用

使用本服務的費用（例如模型生成費用、預算與額度）依我們與貴公司的約定。本服務顯示的費用預估僅供參考，以實際用量為準。

6. 服務的提供

本服務依「現狀」提供。我們會盡力維持穩定運作，但不保證服務不中斷、沒有錯誤，或第三方模型與平台持續提供。我們可能新增、修改或停止部分功能，重大變更會事先通知。

7. 責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對因使用或無法使用本服務所生的間接、附帶、特殊或衍生損害（包括利潤、資料或商譽的損失）不負責任；我們的總責任以貴公司在事件發生前 12 個月內為本服務支付的費用為上限。

8. 終止

你或貴公司可以隨時停止使用本服務。違反本條款時，我們可以暫停或終止帳號。終止後，資料依隱私權政策保存與刪除。

9. 條款變更與準據法

我們可能更新本條款，重大變更會在本服務中通知；變更後繼續使用即表示同意。本條款適用 香港特別行政區法律。

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of Vision Studio (aigc.vision and its company subdomains, the "Service"), operated by Cohesive Network Limited ("we", "us") for businesses and their members. By using the Service you agree to these terms; if you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company. A separate written agreement between us and your company prevails over these terms.

1. Accounts

Accounts are created by your company administrator or by us. Keep your password secure and do not share accounts; you are responsible for activity under your account. Notify your administrator or us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create, upload or publish: unlawful content or content that infringes copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy or other rights; content that impersonates or imitates a real person (including their appearance or voice) without consent, or deepfakes that could mislead viewers into believing they depict real events; sexual content involving minors, pornography, incitement to violence, hate, harassment or bullying; scams, spam, malware or content that violates the publishing platforms' rules. You may not interfere with the Service, bypass permissions or usage limits, or access other companies' data. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content and rights

You keep the rights to the scripts, images, audio and video you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them (including performers' likeness and voice). You grant us the rights needed to store and process them and to send them to the service providers required to provide the Service. Videos, images, audio and text generated by the Service are yours to use to the extent permitted by us and by the relevant model providers' terms. AI output may resemble others' works or contain errors; review content and rights before publishing. Label AI-generated or synthetic content as required by each platform; the Service applies such labels automatically where the platform supports it (for example YouTube's synthetic content disclosure).

4. Publishing to third-party platforms

The Service can publish videos to the YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Threads accounts your company connects; you must own or be authorized to manage those accounts. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; publishing to Facebook, Instagram and Threads is subject to the Meta Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and the Threads Supplemental Terms of Use. Videos are published only after you confirm a schedule, and you are responsible for the content, titles, descriptions and timing. Platforms may reject or delay publishing because of review, rules, quotas or outages; we do not guarantee that publishing succeeds or happens at the scheduled time. You can disconnect at any time (see Data deletion).

5. Fees

Fees (such as model generation costs, budgets and quotas) are as agreed between us and your company. Cost estimates shown in the Service are for reference only.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party models and platforms will remain available. We may add, change or discontinue features and will give notice of material changes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees your company paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event.

8. Termination

You or your company may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. After termination, data is retained and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you in the Service of material changes; continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
