Vision Studio（網址 aigc.vision 及其公司子網域，下稱「本服務」）由 Cohesive Network Limited（下稱「我們」）營運，是提供給企業使用的 AI 影片製作工具：匯入劇本、生成鏡頭、剪接粗剪，並可排程發佈到貴公司連結的 YouTube、Instagram、Facebook、Threads 帳號。本政策說明我們在提供本服務時處理哪些資料、為什麼處理、怎麼保護，以及你可以如何要求刪除。
1. 我們收集的資料
- 帳號資料：電子郵件地址、所屬公司與角色、登入紀錄。帳號由貴公司管理員建立。
- 你建立或上傳的內容：劇本、角色與場景設定、參考圖片、聲音樣本（例如演員錄音）、生成的圖片與影片、剪接設定、發佈用的標題、說明與 hashtag。
- 使用與費用紀錄：送出的生成、使用的模型、花費、錯誤紀錄，用來計算費用與排除問題。
- 連結的平台帳號資料（只有貴公司管理員主動連結時）：
- YouTube：頻道 ID、頻道名稱、頻道頭像網址、授權用的 refresh token。
- Facebook：粉絲專頁 ID、名稱、頭像網址、粉絲專頁的存取權杖。
- Instagram：Instagram 專業帳號 ID、使用者名稱、頭像網址（使用所連 Facebook 粉絲專頁的存取權杖）。
- Threads：Threads 帳號 ID、使用者名稱、頭像網址、存取權杖。
- 發佈紀錄：排定時間、發到哪個帳號、平台回傳的影片／貼文 ID 與連結、成功或失敗原因。
- Cookie 與瀏覽器儲存：登入狀態、讀取影片用的簽名 cookie；介面偏好（例如區塊的開合）存在你的瀏覽器。我們不使用廣告或追蹤 cookie。
2. 我們如何使用資料
- 提供本服務：生成與剪接影片、依你的指示寫文案、在你排定的時間把影片發佈到你連結的帳號。
- 帳號與安全：登入、權限控管、防止濫用。
- 計算費用與預算、排除錯誤、維護與改善本服務。
我們不出售你的資料，不用你的資料投放廣告，也不會在你沒有指示的情況下發佈任何內容。
3. 與第三方分享
為了提供本服務，我們只把完成工作所需的資料交給以下服務供應商處理；它們依各自的條款與隱私權政策處理資料：

除上述情況，以及法律要求或為保護本服務與使用者安全所必要時，我們不會把你的資料提供給其他人。
4. YouTube API 服務
本服務使用 YouTube API 服務把影片發佈到你連結的 YouTube 頻道。連結 YouTube 即表示你同意 YouTube 服務條款，並適用 Google 隱私權政策。
- 存取的權限：
youtube.readonly（讀取頻道 ID、名稱與頭像，用來顯示連結的是哪個頻道）、youtube.upload（上傳你在本服務排定發佈的影片）。我們不讀取你的觀看紀錄、留言、訂閱或其他影片。
- 儲存的資料：頻道 ID、名稱、頭像網址、加密後的 refresh token，以及經本服務上傳的影片 ID 與連結。
- 分享：從 YouTube 取得的資料只用於本服務的上述功能，不提供給其他第三方。
- 撤銷與刪除：你可以隨時在本服務的「公司設定 → 發佈帳號」解除連結（我們會立即刪除該頻道的授權資料），或在 Google 帳戶的第三方存取權設定 撤銷本服務的存取權。其他刪除方式見刪除資料說明。
本服務使用與轉移從 Google API 取得的資訊，遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括其中的「有限使用」規定。
5. Facebook、Instagram 與 Threads
- 存取的權限：列出你管理的粉絲專頁與連結的 Instagram 專業帳號，並以它們的名義發佈你在本服務排定的影片（
pages_show_list、pages_read_engagement、pages_manage_posts、business_management、instagram_basic、instagram_content_publish）。我們不讀取你的私人訊息、好友名單或個人動態。
- 儲存的資料：粉絲專頁與 Instagram 帳號的 ID、名稱、頭像網址、加密後的粉絲專頁存取權杖，以及經本服務發佈的影片／貼文 ID 與連結。
- 撤銷與刪除：在本服務解除連結，或在 Facebook 的「設定和隱私 → 設定 → 商業整合」移除本服務。詳見刪除資料說明。
Threads：
- 存取的權限：讀取你連結的 Threads 帳號 ID、使用者名稱與頭像（
threads_basic），並以這個帳號發佈你在本服務排定的影片貼文（threads_content_publish）。我們不讀取你的私人訊息、追蹤名單或其他貼文。
- 影片的傳送方式：Threads 要從網址下載影片，發佈時我們給 Threads 一個只有該影片、2 小時後失效的限時網址。
- 儲存的資料：Threads 帳號 ID、使用者名稱、頭像網址、加密後的存取權杖（每次發佈時續期；60 天沒有使用就會失效），以及經本服務發佈的貼文 ID 與連結。
- 撤銷與刪除：在本服務解除連結，或在 Threads 的「設定 → 帳號 → 網站權限」移除本服務。詳見刪除資料說明。
6. 資料保存與刪除
- 專案內容保存到專案擁有者刪除專案為止；刪除專案會一併刪除它的檔案。
- 平台帳號的授權資料在解除連結時立即刪除。
- 帳號資料保存到貴公司管理員或我們移除帳號為止。
- 你也可以寫信要求刪除，我們會在 30 天內處理並回覆。已經發佈到平台上的影片不會因此從平台刪除，請到該平台刪除。
7. 資料安全
所有連線都經 HTTPS 加密；平台帳號的授權資料以 AES-256-GCM 加密後才存入資料庫；資料依公司與專案隔離，只有獲得權限的成員可以存取。沒有任何方法能保證百分之百安全，但我們會持續採取合理的措施保護你的資料。
8. 你的權利
你可以要求查閱、更正、匯出或刪除你的個人資料。多數操作可以直接在本服務中完成，或請貴公司管理員協助；也可以寫信給我們。
9. 兒童
本服務提供給企業使用，不以兒童為對象，我們不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。
10. 政策變更
我們可能更新本政策；重大變更會在本服務中通知。更新後的版本自公布的生效日期起適用。

Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
Vision Studio (aigc.vision and its company subdomains, the "Service") is operated by Cohesive Network Limited ("we", "us"). The Service is an AI video production tool for businesses: import a script, generate shots, edit a rough cut, and schedule publishing to the YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Threads accounts that your company connects. This policy explains what data we process, why, how we protect it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, company and role, sign-in records. Accounts are created by your company's administrator.
- Content you create or upload: scripts, character and location settings, reference images, voice samples, generated images and videos, edit settings, and the titles, descriptions and hashtags used for publishing.
- Usage and cost records: generations, models used, spend and error logs.
- Connected platform accounts (only when your company administrator connects them): YouTube channel ID, name, thumbnail URL and refresh token; Facebook Page ID, name, picture URL and Page access token; Instagram professional account ID, username and profile picture URL; Threads account ID, username, profile picture URL and access token.
- Publishing records: scheduled time, target account, the video/post ID and link returned by the platform, and the result.
- Cookies and browser storage: sign-in state and signed cookies for loading media; interface preferences stored in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use data
To provide the Service (generating and editing videos, writing copy on your instruction, and publishing videos to your connected accounts at the time you schedule), to secure accounts and control access, to calculate costs, and to maintain and improve the Service. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or publish anything without your instruction.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share only the data needed for each task with these service providers: Amazon Web Services (hosting, database and storage in Singapore and Tokyo); Anthropic (Claude, for script breakdown, prompt rewriting and copywriting); video, image and voice model providers such as fal.ai, BytePlus/Volcengine, Higgsfield and MiniMax (prompts and the reference images, videos and voice samples you choose); and Google (YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) to publish videos to your connected accounts. We do not otherwise disclose your data except where required by law or necessary to protect the Service and its users.
4. YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to the YouTube channel you connect. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies.
- Scopes:
youtube.readonly (to read your channel ID, name and thumbnail so we can show which channel is connected) and youtube.upload (to upload the videos you schedule in the Service). We do not read your watch history, comments, subscriptions or other videos.
- Stored data: channel ID, name, thumbnail URL, the encrypted refresh token, and the IDs and links of videos uploaded through the Service.
- Sharing: data obtained from YouTube is used only for these features and is not shared with other third parties.
- Revoking and deleting: disconnect the channel in Company settings → Publishing accounts (we delete its authorization data immediately), or revoke access in your Google Account third-party access settings. See Data deletion for other options.
Vision Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Facebook, Instagram and Threads
We list the Pages you manage and their linked Instagram professional accounts, and publish the videos you schedule on their behalf (permissions: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, business_management, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish). We store the account IDs, names, picture URLs, the encrypted Page access token and the IDs and links of posts published through the Service. We do not read your messages, friends or personal feed. Disconnect in the Service or remove the Service under Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations. See Data deletion.
Threads: we read the connected Threads account's ID, username and profile picture (threads_basic) and publish the video posts you schedule on its behalf (threads_content_publish). Threads downloads the video from a URL, so when publishing we give Threads a time-limited link to that video only, which expires after 2 hours. We store the account ID, username, picture URL, the encrypted access token (renewed each time we publish; it expires after 60 days without use) and the IDs and links of posts published through the Service. We do not read your messages, followers or other posts. Disconnect in the Service or remove the Service under Threads Settings → Account → Website permissions. See Data deletion.
6. Retention and deletion
Project content is kept until the project owner deletes the project, which also deletes its files. Platform authorization data is deleted immediately when an account is disconnected. Account data is kept until the account is removed. You may also email us to request deletion; we will complete it and reply within 30 days. Videos already published to a platform must be deleted on that platform.
7. Security
All connections use HTTPS; platform authorization data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored; data is separated by company and project and is accessible only to authorized members.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, in the Service, through your company administrator, or by emailing us.
9. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will notify you in the Service of material changes.
