刪除資料說明

你可以用下面任何一種方式，解除 Vision Studio（下稱「本服務」）與你的平台帳號的連結，或要求我們刪除你的資料。我們處理哪些資料，請見隱私權政策。

1. 解除平台帳號的連結（立即生效）

貴公司的管理員登入本服務，到「公司設定 → 發佈帳號」，在要移除的帳號旁按「解除連結」。我們會立即刪除該帳號的授權資料（存取權杖、refresh token），之後不會再以這個帳號發佈任何內容（已排定發到這個帳號的發佈，到時間也不會發出）。

2. 在平台上撤銷本服務的存取權

YouTube／Google：到 Google 帳戶 → 第三方存取權，找到本服務並移除存取權。
Facebook：到 Facebook 的「設定和隱私 → 設定 → 商業整合」，勾選本服務後按「移除」。
Instagram：Instagram 的發佈權限來自連結的 Facebook 粉絲專頁，請依上面 Facebook 的步驟移除；也可以在 Instagram 的「設定 → 網站權限 → 應用程式和網站」移除。
Threads：到 Threads 的「設定 → 帳號 → 網站權限 → 使用中」，找到本服務後按「移除」。

撤銷後，本服務保存的授權就會失效；如果你也要我們刪除保存的帳號資料，請用第 1 或第 4 種方式。

3. 刪除專案與內容

專案擁有者可以在專案的「設定」分頁刪除專案，劇本、圖片、聲音、生成的影片與發佈紀錄會一併刪除。

4. 寫信要求刪除全部資料

寫信到 support@by.vision，信件主旨請寫「刪除資料申請」，並提供：

你的帳號電子郵件（或連結的平台帳號名稱，例如 YouTube 頻道、Facebook 粉絲專頁、Instagram 或 Threads 帳號）；
所屬公司；
要刪除的範圍（例如只刪除平台帳號的連結，或刪除帳號與所有資料）。

為了保護你的資料，我們可能請你確認身分。我們會在收到申請後 30 天內 完成刪除並回信通知。

不會刪除的資料

已經發佈到平台上的影片與貼文：它們屬於你在該平台的帳號，請直接到 YouTube Studio、Facebook、Instagram 或 Threads 刪除。
法律要求我們保存的紀錄（例如帳務紀錄），會在法定期間屆滿後刪除。

Data Deletion Instructions

You can disconnect Vision Studio (the "Service") from your platform accounts, or ask us to delete your data, in any of the following ways. See the Privacy Policy for the data we process.

1. Disconnect a platform account (immediate)

Your company administrator signs in to the Service, opens Company settings → Publishing accounts, and clicks Disconnect next to the account. We immediately delete that account's authorization data (access token / refresh token); nothing more is published to it (posts already scheduled to it will not go out).

2. Revoke access on the platform

YouTube / Google: go to Google Account → Third-party access and remove the Service.
Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select the Service and click Remove.
Instagram: publishing access comes from the linked Facebook Page, so remove the Service on Facebook as above; you can also remove it under Instagram Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
Threads: go to Threads Settings → Account → Website permissions → Active, find the Service and click Remove.

Revoking makes the authorization stored in the Service stop working. To also have us delete the stored account data, use option 1 or 4.

3. Delete projects and content

A project owner can delete a project in its Settings tab; its scripts, images, audio, generated videos and publishing records are deleted with it.

4. Email us to delete all data

Email support@by.vision with the subject "Data deletion request" and include: your account email (or the connected platform account name, such as the YouTube channel, Facebook Page, Instagram or Threads account), your company, and what you want deleted. We may ask you to verify your identity. We will complete the deletion and reply within 30 days.

What is not deleted

Videos and posts already published to a platform belong to your account on that platform; delete them in YouTube Studio, Facebook, Instagram or Threads.
Records we are legally required to keep (such as billing records) are deleted when the retention period ends.
